Central Monitoring Station (CMS)
By connecting your alarms and sensors to Long Hai Securitas' central monitoring station (CMS), your home or business will be monitored 24/7 by our specialized, experienced staff. But, of course, the security and privacy of our customers are also always our top priority in this service.
We ensure that the right action is taken quickly in the event of an alarm. We can receive alarms from all systems regardless of manufacture or installation. When the alarm goes off, we'll take the action you specified in advance.
Our Central Monitoring Station (CMS) is the center for recording and handling situations when we receive alarm information from your site. Once you connect your alarm system to us, we will monitor your facility around the clock. Our officer at our center will record and handle alarms and follow the procedures we have contracted with you.
The system includes:
- Monitoring Center: CMS software - Alarm installed at Long Hai Securitas' office
- The device receives signals from the sensors
- Alarm control device
- GSM module (for texting, calling when there is an alarm)
- Sensors – infrared anti-theft devices (motion detection sensor, fence alarm, emergency push button, gas detector, magnetic contact…)
- Warning devices (alarm sounds, lights, ...)
- Surveillance cameras
