When reflecting on Long Hai Security, the foremost attribute that comes to my mind is trust. While I could articulate additional qualities such as integrity and honesty exhibited by Long Hai Security personnel, I find that the term that best encapsulates my sentiments is reliability. Therefore, having worked in Vietnam since 2004, I have greater peace of mind knowing that my building is under the protection of Long Hai Security staff.

With this letter, we wish to formally commend the Long Hai Securitas Security personnel for their quick thinking and efforts in managing the fire incident at a coffee shop in the shopping mall on November 30. Their prompt actions played a significant role in preventing and minimizing the potential risks of fire and explosion that could have arisen if the situation had not been addressed urgently. We deeply appreciate the swift actions and professional coordination displayed by the security team operating at S.C. Shopping Mall.

Throughout the course of managing the fire incident, it became evident that the personnel of Long Hai Securitas Security exhibited exceptional skills, professionalism, and a commendable dedication to their work. Your contributions were instrumental in the effective management of the fire. Owing to your prompt and decisive actions, the fire was completely contained within a span of two hours, with no harm inflicted upon individuals or property.

Under the leadership of Mr. Hien, the security team designated to Intel has exhibited a profound sense of responsibility and professionalism. They have consistently demonstrated integrity and vigilance, and have proven to be exemplary business partners at our facility, facilitating the effective mitigation of security risks at the plant.

I would like to express my appreciation to Mr. N.T. Thao for his unwavering dedication and exemplary performance as a reliable security guard. Mr. Thao consistently fulfills his assigned responsibilities with diligence and provides support in additional tasks, including protecting property at the Swiss Consulate General's residence. On April 6, during his shift, Mr. Thao identified a leak in the underground water pipe and promptly notified us. His proactive communication enabled us to implement a timely solution, thereby preventing water loss and waste. I commend Mr. Thao for his diligence, exceptional communication skills, admirable character, and highly effective approach to managing his daily responsibilities.
