Thank you for sponsoring the BBGV's 9th annual fun run for charity. We had over 5,000 runners this year! As always, your Long Hai Guards did an excellent job, it is so nice to be able to deal with the same supervisors each year. They are always so pleasant and easy for me to talk to.... which in turn, makes that part of the fun run easier for me!
We raised US $35,000 for our charities this year. These will include our ongoing commitment to Education Encouragement Association, SCC and CNCF plus other needing charities throughout the year who apply for our assistance. We will let you know about the charities either by our BBGV newsletter or on our website.
Please find enclosed some photographs of your guards, copies of the media coverage of the event and a banner with your logo, with our compliments.
We do hope to have your support again for 2009, please put us in your budget! Our 10th annual fun run for charity will be on Sunday 27th September 09.... please include this in your upcoming events! Due to the economic climate the sponsorship levels will remain the same as this year, for all sponsorship.
