See moreUnlike previous months, in April 2022, the Board of Directors selected and awarded 2 "Heroes of the Month." Mr. Tran Ngoc Sang, Shift leader of the Ho Chi Minh- Center 10 team, and Mr. Dinh Van Duc, the security guard of the Ho Chi Minh - West 5 team. Both employees, through their actions, have shown the excellent core values of the Company.
1/ At 17:22 on April 7, 2022, at S.C., received information from Mr. Anh Trung that there was a tired customer at R.N. Security guard Tran Ngoc Sang coordinated with the Management team to use a wheelchair to take guests to a taxi and take them to the hospital for examination and first aid. At 17:40 on the same day, Mr. Anh Trung used Mr. Sang's phone to contact the customer's relatives. At 18:08 on the same day, the customer's family member was present at the hospital. They handed over the customer to their relatives through an exchange with the security and the Management team and left immediately.
On the afternoon of April 8, 2022, there was a phone number texting Sang's phone number claiming to be "the family member of the person Sang took to the hospital yesterday" and intended to ask for an account number to transfer money to Mr. Sang as a thank you gift, but Sang refused. At 21:15 on the same day, the customer's family member topped up Sang's phone directly with a value of 500,000 VND.
At the same time, Sang informed his Supervisor of the above incident. He was asked not to arbitrarily contact and argue with the guest, waiting for the notification to the Management team, which will be resolved later. Through the Center Management team, on April 13, 2022, the Supervisor transferred the amount of VND 500,000 back to customers.
2/ At 19:10 on April 11, 2022, shift leader Tran Ngoc Sang handed over the information counter 02 boxes of Ispirazione Palermo coffee, 01 boxes of Ispirazione Firenze Arpeggio coffee brand NESPRESSO and 01 new NESPRESSO paper bag with invoice 465,000 VND and it was unknown who left it at Mr. Sang's working area. At 19:26 on the same day, the customer contacted to receive their properties.
3/ At 17:05 on April 13, 2022, shift leader Tran Ngoc Sang checked, discovered, and handed over to the information counter 01 black phone with a password and cracks on the front of the screen, the power button was in damaged condition, and it was unknown who left it at the phone charging area. At 17:17 on the same day, the customer contacted and received their phone back.
4/ At 17:02 on April 15, 2022, Mr. Tran Ngoc Sang patrolled and discovered 01 white cardboard box with 04 unused paper rolls from an unknown owner near the ATM area, the information counter staff temporarily kept it and wait for customers to come and receive it later.
Sang joined the company in 2019, a bit unqualified, but the recruitment department was not mistaken. Sang quickly integrated with the company and became a shift leader. This month, Sang has achieved 4 achievements that fully demonstrate the qualities of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. Very proud of you.
Starting as an employee in 2019 and currently working as the Shift Leader at one of the Company's major sites, employee Tran Ngoc Sang has demonstrated the Criterion "Empowered People - Pride & Passion" in the Company's development strategy. Because in my opinion, only passion can love, commit to and strive to develop with your work. Only through pride can you continuously set up many achievements, each pure example of morality and humanity when helping the injured. Very proud and hope that, through this achievement of yours, Sang will help the Company widely convey to other employees about his passion and pride every time he comes to work, every time he enters the daily shift, and continues to perform the company's purpose "We help make your world a safer place."
Was given a gift as a thank you, but Sang declined because this is Sang's responsibility. Seeing people in distress give enthusiastic support without any hesitation. Picked up dropped items and returned them to the owner. The above actions show that Sang fully deserves the title of "Hero of the Month" and demonstrates his integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness to help follow the board of directors' criteria.
