Hero of the Month - February, 2023

Phan Thi Thu Huong, an employee of the Ho Chi Minh Center 9 team, with her actions, she was chosen by the Board of Directors as our "Hero of the Month - February 2023" for demonstrating two of the three core values "Vigilance and helpfulness" of the Company.

Helpfulness:

At 8:30 p.m. on February 12, 2023, while patrolling the B2 area at TK Shopping Center, security officer Phan Thi Thu Huong discovered a client (a 3-year-old boy) who had fallen and got seriously injured. The boy's forehead had a cut and was bleeding profusely. Officer Huong immediately reported it to staff Trong Vu (on duty at door B2) for support and first aid, bandaging the boy's wound, and reporting the incident to the Shift Leader and the Security department. After that, Shift leader Thanh Tam and Trong Vu quickly took the victim to the emergency room at DK SG Hospital.

Vigilance:

At 10:35 p.m. on February 17, 2023, while on duty at the Checkout control position at the B1 in the Shopping Center for employees to leave, Officer Thu Huong discovered a bakery employee hiding a loaf of bread in the employee apron (still has its original packaging, price stamp) without presenting a valid bill. Officer Huong immediately reported the incident to the Shift Leader, Supervisor, and Floor Manager for verification.

At 3:35 p.m. on February 23, 2023, while on duty at the Checkout B1 control position, Officer Thu Huong checked the jewelry counter employee's bag and discovered inside were three bags of jewelry (full tags) but could not present a valid bill, so she reports to the shift leader. After determining the incident, the Shift Leader recorded and reported the incident to Security and Floor Management for resolution. 

At 10:17 p.m. on February 25, 2023, at the Checkout location in the B1 area, while checking for employees to leave, Officer Thu Huong discovered that in the handbag of cosmetic counter employee L1, there was one box of product (remaining original price stamp - 2,090,000 VND) without presenting a valid bill. After listening to the report and confirming the incident, the Shift Leader made a record and reported the incident to the Security and Floor Manager.
