      Mr. Nong was born in 1972 and has been with Long Hai company since 1995. He graduated from the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City and then graduated with a Master of Business Administration at the same university.

      Mr. Nong served in the military, in the missile force of the Air Defense - Air Force.

      Mr. Nong has participated in many security training courses and management training courses in Europe, America, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Thailand, UAE, South Africa...

      Mr. Nong experiences many positions at the company: Deputy Director of Marketing and Business Development, Legal Director, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Human Resources, Deputy General Director, and Deputy General Director cum Operating Director of the company.

      In 2024, Mr. Nong was appointed as Country President cum Deputy General Director of the company.
